Welcome to Legal Workflow Automation, LLC. By engaging our services or submitting payment, you agree to the following terms.
1. Payment Terms
Projects require a 50% deposit before work begins. No work will start until the deposit is received.
The remaining 50% is due within 14 days of final delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If final payment is not received within 14 days, Legal Workflow Automation, LLC reserves the right to pause further support or future work until the balance is paid.
2. Cancellation Policy
The initial 50% deposit is non-refundable once work has begun.
If a project is canceled before final delivery, you will not be responsible for the remaining balance.
If a project is canceled after delivery, the full balance remains due unless otherwise agreed.
3. Refund Policy
Your satisfaction matters. If you have major concerns with the delivered work within 30 days, please contact us and we will work with you to find a fair resolution.
Depending on the circumstances, a full or partial refund of the final 50% payment may be considered.
4. Revisions & Scope
Quick adjustments and small revisions are included at no additional cost within the first 30 days after delivery.
Larger revisions or requests that expand the original project scope may be subject to additional charges.
After 30 days, revision requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be billed separately.
5. Confidentiality & Privacy
We take client privacy seriously. All data, documents, and information shared with Legal Workflow Automation, LLC will remain strictly confidential and used only for the purpose of providing the agreed services.
We will not disclose, share, or sell client information to third parties without consent, except as required by law.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability for any claim relating to services provided is limited to the total fees paid by the client for those services.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business opportunities.
7. Termination of Services
Clients may terminate services at any time. The initial 50% deposit is non-refundable once work has started.
The final 50% payment is only due if you are satisfied with the final delivery.
If significant issues arise with the delivered work within 30 days, we will work collaboratively to resolve them, and a partial or full refund of the final payment may be considered.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Cook County, Illinois, unless otherwise agreed.
9. Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The date above reflects the most recent update.
